Do you offer services for both the household and business customer?Yes, we serve both individual and business customers. Do you have moving trucks we can use?Yes, we are a Budget Truck Rental location, and offer trucks for local and long-distance moves. However, we also have a free truck for use during move-in. Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?Yes, we carry a wide selection of professional grade boxes, tape, paper, bubble wrap, dish containers, wardrobes and more! And if we don’t have what you need, we will most likely be able to special order it for you. How is it beneficial to me to have Onsite Management?It means that someone is here each day to be of assistance to you. Equally as important, most nights someone is on premises, which provides just one more level of security and ease of mind. What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5x5, or 25 square feet, to 10x30, or 300 square feet. Our units are taller than most you’ll find elsewhere giving you 1/3 more cubic feet of storage space. Determining the right size is easy with our Storage Unit Size Estimator and the help of our Manager, who has been trained to help you make the appropriate selection. How do I move into inside units?We have made it easy to move your belongings to inside units. We have installed an abundance of large freight elevators to easily move between the floors. Then, to move around inside the facility, we provide large push carts on which your items are loaded and moved. Do you use video security?Yes, in fact, we have video surveillance that records motion and any activity at the premises 24 hours per day. How is access to the property & facility controlled?To enter the grounds and facility, you will need to use a secure gate access, and each individual is given a unique code access. Through use of individual codes, we are able to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility. What is dust and climate control?Dust and climate control are features that enable full protection of valuable, dust- or temperature- sensitive items such as art, fur, furniture, records. Our climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 65 to 78 degrees. How are the rental units secured?Your unit can be locked, and you hold the key. You can bring your own lock or we sell locks that fit our units, and offer a variety of sizes and types of locks to meet your unique needs. Do you offer ATV/RV/boat/auto/motorcycle parking?Yes, we offer parking for RVs, boats, cars and motorcycles, both indoor and outdoor, depending on your needs. What is a drive-up unit?A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility. Opened with wide, garage-type roll doors, it is easy to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck. What's the difference between office hours and facility (gate) hours?The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours, our Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. Access can be arranged 24-hours, if needed, for your personal or business needs. What kind of security do you have?Hands down, we provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic gate with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, individual door alarms and personal locks available for purchase. What are the payment terms?Parkglenn makes paying your bill as easy as all other aspects of your storage experience. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer discounted long-term leases. You can choose to have your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express charged each month or you can pay by check or cash. |
