How Your Parker Storage Insurance Works

If you elect to purchase Storage Insurance you are covered by a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual called MiniCo Insurance, a company that specializes in insuring self storage tenants. With the addition of your optional Storage Insurance you are protected against many thing including:

Coverage Amounts, Costs & Limitations

You protection costs as little as $9.00 a month to cover $2,500 worth of items and can be increased to cover up to $20,000 in losses. This insurance can cover household items, commercial goods, or both. This allows you to insure both business and personal items even if they are stored in the same storage unit!

Of course there are a few limitations to the coverage. Any burglary must be reported to the police and Parkglenn management. Water damage coverage does not include losses due to surface waters or flooding. If you need flood insurance it is available through the U.S. Government and the National Flood Program.
