What sizes of units do you offer, and how do I pick my size?
We offer a variety of sizes to suit your needs. Sizes range from 5x5, or 25 square feet, to 10x30, or 300 square feet. Our units are taller than others you'll find elsewhere, giving you an additional 33 percent more cubic feet of storage space. Determining the right size is easy with our Storage Unit Size Estimator and the help of our manager, who is trained to help you make the appropriate selection.
How do I move into inside units?
We have made it easy to move your belongings to inside units. We make it easy with large, 4' wide doors, to the inside 5' wide hallways, as well as an elevator to access the second floor. Further, to move around once you’re inside our facility, we offer large push carts to carry your items.
Do you use video security?
Yes, we have video surveillance that records any activity at the property 24 hours per day.
How do you control access to the facility?
We offer secured gate access, and each individual is given a unique PIN code, allowing us to monitor who enters and leaves the facility.
What is dust and climate control?
Dust and climate control are features that help protect valuable, dust or temperature-sensitive items such as art, fur, furniture and records. Our climate-controlled units remain at a temperature of between 55 and 78 degrees.
How are the rental units secured?
Your unit can be locked, and you keep the key. You can bring your own lock, or we sell locks that fit our units, and offer a variety of sizes and types of locks to meet your unique needs.
Do you offer indoor parking for autos, motorcycles, trucks, and classics?
Yes, most of our 10 x 20 through 10 x 30 drive-up sizes will meet your needs.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of our site. It is accessed with large, garage-type roll doors, making it easy to load your belongings directly from your vehicle.
What's the difference between office hours and facility, or gate, hours?
The office hours are the property’s official hours of operation. During these times, our Manager is available to help you. The gate hours are the hours your unit can be accessed. Special access can be arranged, if needed, for your personal or business needs.
What kind of security do you provide on site?
We provide state-of-the-art security, including an electronic entry gate with coded access, monitored video surveillance, individual door alarms and personal locks.
What are your payment terms?
Parkglenn makes paying your bill as easy as every other aspect of your storage experience. Generally, our leases are month-to-month, but we also offer discounted long-term leases. You can choose to have your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express card charged each month or you can pay by check or cash.
Do you require that I carry insurance on my stored goods?
At Parkglenn Self Storage we take great pride in providing the best storage solution for your valuables. However, even the most secure and well-built structures can be damaged by a catastrophe. With this in mind and pursuant to our rental agreement, we ask that all of our customers provide proof of insurance while storing with us.
